A couple facts if you aren’t already on the hemp train:
Firstly, Hemp protein offers a full amino acid profile, the only plant-based source of all the aminos you need.
Secondly, Hemp oil contains the perfect ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 that you body needs: 3:1.

This is a Pachamama’s Kitchen OG recipe.
Time: less than 5 minutes ~ Makes: 1 serve
- 1½-2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp. hemp protein
- 1 tsp. hemp oil
- 1 tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 tbsp. LSA meal
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 300ml coconut water (or sub filtered water)
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
