Is it a smoothie? But I have to chew it, and it’s in a bowl….
Is it for breakfast? Have it any time of the day!
Is it a “healthy dessert?”
Our Jungle Smoothie Bowl is a fan favourite here at Pachamama’s Kitchen so we thought we would share the tummy love and give you the recipe so you can enjoy at home and share this love-in-a-bowl with those you love! Noticing a theme here?
A bowl packed with protein, healthy fats, fibre, antioxidants, potassium, omega 3’s, vitamin C, and natural fruit based sugars, it’s a great way to start the day or keep you going all afternoon.
